SEMI-ASSEMBLED ENGINES

The combustion engine of a car is the organ that thanks to its operation allows the motorcycle of the vehicle on which it is installed. Common combustion engines are powered by Gasoline, Diesel or Metano or GPL gas.

The engine consists mainly of the monoblock or the cylinder block, the headboard also called the cylinder head and the oil cup.

The engine of our cars allows to convert the chemical energy derived from the mixture between air and fuel. For fuel it is defined any chemical element (benzine, diesel, kerosene, GPL, ethanol, methane etc...) that mixed with the air allows to obtain a sufficient detonating power to operate the engine. In the internal combustion engines (MCI) for the purpose, the energy created by the detonation of the air-combustible mixture is transformed into a mechanical work first transmitted to the motor shaft and then to the drive organs up to the wheels.

The transmission of this energy takes place in the combustion or combustion chamber, where the gases generated by the detonation of the mixture create pressure on the cylinders pushing them down. This movement is transferred to the motor shaft by turning it. The cracks within the cylinder detonation chambers do not occur at the same time, but are “sphased” in order to ensure the vehicles a continuous thrust.

The engine is both performing and delicate. Basically, a burst engine can melt or grip.

In the first case of a molten motor the damage is associated mainly to the engine shaft also called elbow shaft, which would have the function of transforming the vertical movement of the pistons into rotational movement.

When the engine is melted the option of regeneration of the customer's engine is not said to be the most convenient solution because generally the motor shafts have a cost that weighs a lot on the cost of the spare parts necessary for regeneration: it can be more interesting to replace the whole motor with a good regenerated rotation or if you are little sensitive at the price to evaluate a new product.

In the second case of a seized motor the damage is mainly associated with the locking of two or more mechanical organs that by excess of friction prevent all organs from flowing regularly.

The most classic example of gripping a motor is the poor lubrication that brings the internal organs such as the cylinders to overheat and expand volume by increasing friction and making the engine unperformanceally or even blocking it. A gripped engine can sometimes be difficult to detect. If you have any doubts, please contact your trusted mechanic who will immediately identify the problem with the engine.

In order to avoid a revision of the engine, it is always necessary to carry out proper and constant ordinary maintenance. Always use only quality materials and with this it also includes the quality of oil and the properties of oil in the engine circuit that must be at least equal to those imposed by the mother house.
